Billy Joe Metcalfe

Billy Joe Metcalfe was born February 27, 1962, to Lawrence and Avis (Edwards) Metcalfe in Junction City, Kansas and passed from this life April 22, 2022, in Enid. He was raised and educated in Junction City until the age of seventeen when he moved to Enid and began working at Cummins Construction where he continued working until his retirement after forty-one years in 2021. He enjoyed classic country music, taking rides in the country, doing burnouts in his truck, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his siblings, Geneva Rowe (George), Richard Metcalfe, Betty Kilfoile, Della Wools, Tena Smith, Kelly Metcalfe (Judy) Metcalfe, Doug Metcalfe (Kelly), and Brenda Gripe (Roger), and David Metcalfe; and a multitude of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Avis Metcalfe; brothers, Chuck, Gary, and James, and one sister, Karen Sue.
