Bobbi "Faye" Sims

Faye, born on June 20, 1965, in Conroe, Texas, was a devoted and selfless woman whose life was centered around her family. She was raised in Conroe by her mother, Patricia Lowney, and brother, Mark, and received her education there. Faye's strong work ethic began early in life; after schooling, she diligently worked two jobs to support her firstborn son, Jimmy. She later met Roy Hill, and together with a business partner, they established R&L Mechanical Inc. in Texas. Following a professional disagreement, Faye and Roy left Texas for Ohio, where they founded their own plumbing company, FSI.Driven by work opportunities, their company led them to Pennsylvania and eventually to Virginia in 1988. They fell in love with the Virginia area and decided to settle there, expanding their family with the birth of her second son, Troy, in June 2000. After more than 35 years of dedication to FSI, Faye retired and moved with her sons to Hennessey, Oklahoma, where she passed away on November 13, 2025.Faye will be remembered as a constant caregiver, always putting the needs of her family—her mother, sons, and grandchildren—before her own. She cherished her time spent with horses, fishing, visiting the racetrack, and any activity involving her loved ones. She is survived by her two sons, Jimmy and Troy; three grandchildren, James, Brooke, and Seth; three brothers; and one sister.
