Services celebrating the life of James Zackary “Zack” Beutelschies, 41, of Enid, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026, at Brown-Cummings Chapel. A reception will follow. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A Life Celebration Home. Zack was born June 17, 1984, to James Beutelschies and Terri Dickson. He passed away February 12, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

He was raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he attended Fountain Lake High School. He later served his country in the United States Army, completing Basic Training at Fort Benning. After his honorable discharge, he built a career in the skilled trades, where flooring became his true forte. Known for his craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and problem-solving ability, Zack took pride in providing for his family. He was an accomplished golfer, a lover of music, and enjoyed fishing, camping, and collecting Pokémon with his kids. Above all, Zack loved his family. He was a devoted husband, father, Papa, and a proud, protective brother.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Beutelschies; his daughter, Brianna Lynch; his son, Payton Beutelschies; his bonus son, Garrett Shaffer; his mother, Terri Dickson; his father, Gill Polk; his father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Cindy Simmons; his sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Brian Johnson; his brother and sister-in-law, Kenton and Haley Polk; his sister, Kara Polk; his grandchildren, Willow, Landin, and Baby Mark; and many other beloved family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Xavier Blaine Wofford; his biological father, James Beutelschies; his sister, Sara Polk; his brother, Kyle Polk; and his sister-in-law, Melissa Scannell.
