Linda was born January 6, 1948, to Elmer and Marion Andrews Batchelor in Rockford, Illinois, and passed from this life July 26, 2025 in Enid, Oklahoma.
She lived in Rockford, Illinois, until the age of two when the family moved to Los Angeles. She was raised and educated in Los Angeles, California attending Franklin High School. She married Stanley Frazer May 1, 1965. The couple moved to Manteca, California, where she began her career as a School Bus Driver. Then Stan and Linda moved to Lodi, California and built their first family home. She continued to work as a school bus driver for twenty-six years for the Lodi Unified School District. In 1999 the couple sold their home and motor-homed throughout the United States for seventeen years until, finally settling in Enid, Oklahoma to be near their children seven years ago. In her younger years she enjoyed playing volleyball. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed line dancing, crafting homemade cards, and sewing.
She is survived by her husband Stanley Frazer, son Duane Frazer, of Enid, daughter, Kimberly Langworthy, of Lodi, California; her grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua Frazer, of Enid, and Nicholas (Kymber) and Alyssa Langworthy, of Lodi, California; and one great grandchild, on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Marion Batchelor and one son Brian Frazer.
