The services celebrating and honoring the life of Rhonda Gayle Cook, 54, of Enid, are pending. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Rhonda was born July 26, 1966, to Larry and Peggy Dillard Cook in Paris, Texas, and passed from this life February 9, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was raised and educated in Waynoka, Oklahoma, until moving to Enid while in Junior High. She graduated from Pioneer-Pleasantville High School with the class of 1984. After high school she began working as a caretaker at the Methodist Home and continued for fifteen years. She worked at StarTek for six years. She returned to being a caretaker and worked at Evergreen and in private home health at the time of her passing. She enjoyed drinking Dr. Pepper; listening to country music, and knew every lyric, writer and artist; dancing; camping at the lake; attending concerts; and absolutely loved her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons Devin Dar-Khan and Dillon Cook; four granddaughters, Zia, Aalyvia, Alessia, and Aa’naiyah; and her best friend Tina League.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Joe Cook.
